are correct. Not sure which version of the PTU wiring harness is in the car? Some early year PTUs were recalled and the replacement PTU connected via an adapter harness. Some owners later elected to rework the adapter harness to simplify the connections and reduce wire corrision future issues. An issue with that wiring update could mess up spark for 1 and 2 from a timing perspective.
I'm reaching here but net/net checking the PTU wiring would be a good way to search for your issue. Spend most of the time looking at cylinders 1 and 2. ECU trigger lines to the PTU and PTU to coil pack runs.
